1. Head (Research, Policy, and Learning)
No. of posts: 1
Essential Qualification: Persons having a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (Sports, Law, Management) or technical qualifications like B.E/ B. Tech or MBA/ 2 years PG Diploma in Management or equivalent qualifications in relevant field are eligible.
Desirable Qualification:
- Ph.D. in relevant fields like sports analytics/ sports research/ sports management from a recognized university.
- Excellent knowledge of office software like MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and research tools. Knowledge of database management and application software.
- Understanding of results and competition formats in Olympic sports.
Essential Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field like analytics/ sports research/ performance management. This will be counted only if the same is acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU / Private Sector in the sporting domain shall be considered.
- Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in Olympic Sports Disciplines would be given preference.
- Applicants with research experience, published papers, and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.
2. Senior Lead (Policy and Learning)
No. of posts: 1

Desirable Qualification: Degree in Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology / Sports Physiotherapy / Nutrition / Human Movement and equivalent from a recognized University.
Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields like Sports Physiology/ Sports Physiotherapy/ Nutrition / Human Movement. This will be counted only if the same is acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./Autonomous/ PSU / Private Sector in sporting domain shall be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of office software like MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and research tools.
- Experience of working at an elite level (Olympic sports) is desirable.
- Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in Olympic sports disciplines would be given preference.
- Research experience in the field of sports science.
- Good understanding of Athlete Management System
4. Lead (Sports Science)
No. of posts: 1
Essential Qualification: Degree in Sports Science (or related discipline) from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Management from a recognized University.
Essential Experience: Minimum of 1 year (in relevant field as mentioned in JD). This will be counted only if the same is acquired after completion of the essential qualification.
Desirable Experience:
- Preference will be given to a person with work experience in the relevant field.
- Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in Olympic sports disciplines would be given preference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of office software like MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and research tools.
- Research experience in the field of sports science.
- Good understanding of the Athlete Management system.
5. Head (Partnership)
No. of posts: 1
Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
Desirable Qualification: MBA/2 year PG diploma in Management or equivalent qualification in marketing from a recognized University/ Institution.
Essential Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields like Sales/ Marketing/ Partnership/ Media and Communications/ Business Administration Sector.
Desirable Experience:
a. Experience in Partnership/ Marketing/ Media and Communication in Government/ Autonomous Organizations/ PSU.
b. Excellent knowledge of office software like MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and research tools.

Essential Qualification: B.Tech/MBA/PGDM (2 years) from any recognized university.
Desirable Qualification:
- MBA/ Postgraduate Diploma (2 years) with specialization in sports management from any recognized university.
- Excellent knowledge of office software like MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and research tools. Knowledge of database management and application software.
Essential Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in relevant fields as mentioned in the JD. This will be counted only if the same is acquired after the completion of the essential qualification.
Desirable Experience:
- Preference for persons with work experience in relevant fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU / Private Sector in the sporting domain shall be considered.
