Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022:
Indian Coast Guard has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 300 posts of Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch) and Yantrik. ICG invites online applications from eligible male candidates to fill up 300 vacancies under 01/2023 Batch. Aspirants who are willing to work in Indian Coast Guard can apply online for the recruitment within the last date of application.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment Details:
1. Navik (General Duty)
Batch Name: 01/2023 batch
No of Posts: 225 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics from a recognized Board by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
2. Navik (Domestic Branch)
Batch Name: 01/2023 batch
No of Posts: 40 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th class from a recognized Board by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
3. Yantrik
Batch Name: 01/2023 batch
No of Posts: 35 Posts
- Mechanical: 16 Posts
- Electrical: 10 Posts
- Electronics: 09 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
Age Limit of ICG Recruitment:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 22 years. That is, the candidate should be born between 1st May 2001 to 30th April 2005 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.
Examination Fee of ICG Recruitment:
To complete the online application process, candidates have to pay the
applicable examination fee. Category wise applicable fee details will be
as follows.
- SC/ST Candidates: Exempted from payment of fee.
- Other Candidates: Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only).
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay their levied examination fee through online payment gateway using their credit/debit card, Net Banking or UPI.
How to Apply Indian Coast Guard Recruitment?
Candidates who fulfil all the required eligibility criteria as
mentioned in the official notification of Indian Coast Guard for this
recruitment, will able to submit their online applications within the
last date of application. Online application will be accepted through

- After registration, you have to provide all your asked details.
- After that you have to upload your documents.
- Now, you have to pay the examination fee.
- After successful payment, your application will be submitted.
- Also, you will receive an acknowledgment copy of your submission.
- Keep that acknowledgment copy for future use.
Required Documents to Upload
The candidates will be required to upload documents in two phases. Few
documents are required at the online application stage and few are
required to be uploaded if shortlisted for Stage II. The following
compulsory documents to be uploaded by all candidates during filling of
online application.
- Passport Size Recent Colour Photograph
- Signature of the Candidate
- Scanned Clear Left-Hand Thumb Impression Image
- Date of Birth Proof
- Identity Proof
- Other Relevant Documents.
