ভাৰত চৰকাৰে আগবঢ়োৱা শৈক্ষিক বৃত্তিসমূহৰ ভিতৰত অন্যতম ফলপ্ৰসূ শৈক্ষিক বৃত্তি হৈছে OBC Scholarship। এই বৃত্তি আঁচনিখনত চৰকাৰে অন্যান্য পিছপৰা শ্ৰেণীৰ (OBC) যোগ্য ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰ পৰা আবেদন আহ্বান কৰে। এই অবিচি বৃত্তিক অন্যান্য পিছপৰা শ্ৰেণী (অবিচি) বৃত্তি আঁচনি বুলিও কোৱা হয়। এই আঁচনিৰ বাবে ভাৰতৰ চৰকাৰী বৃত্তি পৰ্টেলৰ জৰিয়তে আবেদন গ্ৰহণ কৰা হয়। এই বৃত্তিত দুটা শিতান আছে, এটা প্ৰি-মেট্ৰিক আৰু আনটো মেট্ৰিকৰ পিছৰ। প্ৰি-মেট্ৰিক বৃত্তিত দশম বা তাৰ তলৰ শ্ৰেণীত অধ্যয়ন কৰা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰী যোগ্য। আনহাতে, দশম শ্ৰেণীত উত্তীৰ্ণ হৈ আৰু অধিক পঢ়া-শুনা কৰি থকা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়েহে মেট্ৰিকৰ পিছৰ শাখাত যোগ্যতা অৰ্জন কৰে।

Eligibility Criteria of OBC Scholarship:
In this OBC Scholarship Scheme, two types of categories are eligible to submit their applications. These two categories are Pre-Matric and Post-Matric. For both categories, eligibility criteria are different. The category wise eligibility criteria details are as follows.
Pre-Matric Scholarship: Students who are studying in class 10th or below will come under this category. That is, students studying from class 1 to class 10 have to submit their application under the Pre-Matric Scholarship category.
Post-Matric Scholarship: Students who are studying 11th or above, have to apply under Post Matric Scholarship category. In other words, students who are studying in Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation etc. have to apply under this category.
Annual Family Income: Candidates whose annual family income is less than 2.50 Lakh are eligible for this scholarship scheme.
Note: Only those students who have an OBC certificate are eligible for this scholarship scheme. Without a valid caste certificate, the application will be rejected.

Required Documents for Application
Before proceeding with the application process for the OBC scholarship students need to prepare the following documents. The following documents are mandatory to complete the application process so all students should ensure their availability.

Note: Students who do not have an Aadhaar card will have to produce a Bonafide certificate. The bonafide certificate will be generated automatically after you register for the scholarship in NSP. Students have to download that system generated format and get it signed by their Heads of Institutions. Also, you may need to attach a passport size photograph in that certificate format before it is signed by the head of the institution.
How to Apply for OBC Scholarship?
অ’বিচি বৃত্তি আঁচনিৰ বাবে যোগ্য ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলে ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বৃত্তি পৰ্টেলৰ অফিচিয়েল ৱেবছাইটত অনলাইন আবেদন দাখিল কৰিব লাগিব। আমাৰ ব্যৱহাৰকাৰীসকলৰ সহজতাৰ বাবে আমি এই বৃত্তিৰ বাবে আবেদন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিবলৈ অনুসৰণ কৰিবলগীয়া পদক্ষেপসমূহৰ তালিকা প্ৰস্তুত কৰিছো। ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলে আবেদন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া আগবঢ়াই নিয়াৰ আগতে তলত দিয়া পদক্ষেপসমূহ চাব পাৰে।

- Click on the Online Application Link.
- Now, an official web portal will load in the new tab of your browser.
- In that portal, you will get the option to register yourself.
- Note that you do not need to register again if you are renewing your scholarship.
- After registration, you have to provide all your asked details.
- After that a page containing your Student Application ID will be displayed, please note down that ID for future use and click on the Continue button.
- Now, a login form will load. In that form, enter your User ID, Password (was sent to your registered mobile number), verify the Captcha and click on the orange coloured Login button.
- After successful login, you will get a form. Where you need to fill in your Registration Details, Academic Details and Basic Details.
- After filling in those details, click on Save and Continue button.
- Now, you will have to fill in Contact Details, Scheme Details (Pre-Matric or Post-Matric OBC Scholarship) and Upload Documents.
- After that, click on the green coloured Final Submit button.
- Now, a page with all your filled details will appear. Click on the Print button to take a copy of the submitted application.
- After that, go to your institute or college and submit that printed application acknowledgement copy along with all the relevant documents demanded by your institute or college.
- That is just the complete process of the OBC Scholarship application.
